Domestic Shipping and Transit Information

We ship all orders via UPS from our studio in Brooklyn. Orders are shipped within one business day (Monday-Friday) from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-6 business days.

Expedited (2 Day and Next Day Air) orders placed by 4:00 PM EST will ship the same business day (Monday-Friday). Please be aware Express delivery is on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

DELIVERY SERVICES

Economy Ground Service (5-8 Business Days): $10-$20

Standard Service (3-4 Business Days): $20-$30

Express Service(1-2 Business Days): $30-$55

Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and package size. Final rates will be displayed at checkout.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICIES

A'Court wants you to be pleased with your purchase. Items that are unworn and unaltered may be returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@acourt.store with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Once your return has been approved, you will be responsible for shipping the package back to us using the carrier of your choice.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been received and processed, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Need to exchange for a different size? Please place a new order for the desired size and contact us to arrange the return of your original item. You will be issued a full refund for the returned item(s), just add a note in the NOTES field to tell us you've already placed a new order.

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchasers will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate.

If you need help, please contact our Customer Service at info@acourt.store. For returns coming from Puerto Rico, prepaid return labels are not available. Please ship items back using your carrier of choice.
