Domestic Shipping and Transit Information
We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day (Monday-Friday) from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-6 business days.
Expedited (2 Day and Next Day Air) orders placed by 4:00 PM EST will ship the same business day (Monday-Friday). Please be aware Express delivery is on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

International Shipping and Transit Information
We ship all orders via DHL from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day (Monday-Friday) from when the order is placed.
International orders ship DHL Express. The customer is responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as duties and taxes.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICIES
A’Court wants you to be pleased with your purchase. Items that are unworn and unaltered may be returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Request a prepaid return label through the portal below. Please note: When using the pre-paid return label, a return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Need to exchange for a different size? Place a new order for the desired size and use the portal below to generate a return label. You will be issued a full refund for the returned items and the prepaid return label is on us, just add a note in the NOTES field to tell us you've already placed a new order.
If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchasers will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate.
If you need help, please contact our Customer Service at info@acourt.store. For returns coming from Puerto Rico, prepaid return labels are not available. Please ship items back using your carrier of choice.
